Citizen can send a blank SMS or "VIGEYE" to 09223174440 from their android phones. They will get a SMS containing the registration link www.vigeye.org. They can download the Mobile application free of cost on their mobile phones which will empower them to do their fundamental duty (Article 51A) and make India better. Citizen should register first before uploading photos, audio, video, documents, or complaints or suggestions relating to any issues of your interest.
With the issues of concern uploaded by citizens on this platform, Indian CST, a Public Charitable Trust, will forward them to the concerned state agencies for action and keep the citizens informed.
Indian CST has inked the MOU with Karnataka State Government Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Karnataka (HFWD) to be in force for a period of 10 years (till 27.04.2027). Indian CST's Make in India Innovative Integrated GPMS Transportal for Universal Healthcare Cloud Computing Solutions Platform is being rolled out across 30 districts and 30,000 health centers, including both Govt. and private sectors, for real-time monitoring of Mother and Child with Citizens' Electronic Health Record with all Clinical Parameters.
Indian Centre for Social Transformation (Indian CST) is a registered Public Charitable Trust (Registration No. HLS-4-00228-2009-10 dated 26/12/2009) whose mission is to work towards the realization of a national vision set out in Article 51A (j) of the Indian Constitution—which prescribes the Fundamental Duty for Indian Citizens and exhorts them "to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavor and achievement."
The goal of Indian CST is to promote, through this one-stop portal, a number of projects that will deliver cost-effective computing, best practices, knowledge management systems, and critical applications at affordable costs to masses across India. Indian CST truly believes in 'IT for Social Change. This TRUST called Indian Centre for Social Transformation is established and operated as a No-loss No Profit entity. The Centre for Social Transformation will network with like minded individuals and institutions and work professionally to bring about continual improvement and enhancement of skills of individuals and efficiencies in organsisations. The main objective is to promote excellence in all spheres of human endeavour. This Centre for excellence will enter into Memorandum of Understanding with public and private entities to share best practices and knowledge so that the combined participation gives concrete shape to the noble ideas contained in Article 51A. This centre would aim to promote the pride and self respect of all India Citizens and help them to network with each other and with other citizens of like mindedness to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that India can constantly rise to higher levels of human endeavour and achievement. The Trust proposes to work for the good of the common weal and among its many activities proposes to set up a Centre for Excellence promoting good governance and best practices and professional manner of getting things done.
